Chicken Elegante - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 whole chicken breasts or 3 lb. fryer plus couple extra breasts
1 pt. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (undrained; if you use fresh mushrooms, saute with celery and onion and add a little stock for liquid)
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Saute in butter the celery and onion.
Set aside.
Cut, bone and cut into pieces the chicken breasts. Mix with sour cream, mushroom soup, mushrooms, lemon pepper and pepper.
Spread in 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish.
