Butterscotch Pecan Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 egg
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Add butter, salt and sugar.
    Let cool to lukewarm.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add yeast mixture to milk mixture, then add egg and 2 cups of flour.
    Add and mix remainder of flour.
    Cover and set in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
    Remove and let it get to room temperature.
    Knead.
    Roll out on floured board.
    Spread with butter; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Roll up and cut in 1-inch slices.
    Put 1/2 cup melted butter in a baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
    Sprinkle brown sugar and pecan halves over butter.
    Place slightly apart in pan.
    Cover and let rise until double.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Immediately invert pan onto a serving plate.
