Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 oz. red food coloring
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
    Make a paste of cocoa and red food coloring.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Mix salt and vanilla with buttermilk and add alternately with flour to creamed mixture.
    Mix soda and vinegar; fold in mixture.
    Do not beat after last addition.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
