Baked New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lb. new potatoes, unpeeled and quartered
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme
Preparation
    Arrange potatoes in a baking dish.
    Combine butter and remaining ingredients.
    Pour over potatoes and turn potatoes to coat.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until tender.
