Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen vegetables (water chestnuts, carrots and broccoli)
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tube Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook veggies.
    Place in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Mix cheese, mayonnaise, celery and onions.
    Spread mixture over the veggies. Crumble Ritz crackers over veggies.
    Melt margarine and pour over. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in oven or ten minutes in microwave.
    It's much better in oven.
