Mexicali Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1/4 c. onion
    1 (8 oz.) can corn
    1/2 c. water
    1 (4 oz.) can mild green chilies
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
Preparation
    Trim fat form pork chops and cook trimmings in skillet and remove.
    Cook chops until brown.
    Remove chops to salt and pepper, then add green peppers and onions and cook until tender.
    Stir in tomatoes, beans, corn, rice, water and chilies.
    Add salt and a few dashes of hot sauce.
    Bring to a boil, then put mixture into a cake pan and place pork chops on top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Uncover and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
