Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (do not brown first)
    1 c. water
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 c. tomato catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Mix raw ground beef (I use chuck) with other ingredients and cook over low heat for 45 minutes.
    Serve while hot.
    I freeze leftovers in small portions.
