Pudding Cake(Latiya) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. milk
    1 bar butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. pound cake
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Add milk, butter and sugar in a big pot until boiling.
    While boiling, in a separate bowl, add water and cornstarch until smooth (no lumps).
    After smoothing, pour into boiling pot until mixture thickens, while pot is not boiling.
    In the meantime, you will have to slice pound cake and spread it 1/2-inch on the tray. Then after done, pour your pot of pudding and spread on tray on top of cake also, then sprinkle your cinnamon all over.
    Chill and slice.
