Maggie'S Tortillas (Flour) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. shortening
1 1/2 c. warm water (approximately)
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients. Cut shortening into dry ingredients. Add water, a little at a time, to make a medium dough (soft, but not sticky). Knead until smooth.
Let dough rest. Shape into flattened balls and let rest again for about 10 minutes. Roll out on a lightly floured board, turning 1/4 way between each rolling. Brown on a hot, ungreased griddle.
