Neiman-Marcus Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. nuts to taste

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients and press in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over first mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
