Lemon Congealed Salad(Serves 12 To 15) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. lemon jello
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (23 oz. can)
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. chopped nuts (may use 1/4 to 1/2)
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 2 cups hot water.
    Add lemon juice.
    Chill until ready to whip (when it is syrupy or sticks to edge of pan). Whip until foamy.
    Add all other ingredients.
