Layered Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 green onions, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    garlic salt to taste
    1 bottle cocktail sauce
    2 cans shrimp
    shredded lettuce or parsley
Preparation
    Mix together until smooth.
    Spread mixture on large plate or platter, about 1/2 to 1-inch thick.
    Cover cheese with bottle of cocktail sauce.
    Cover sauce with shrimp, rinsed, drained and deveined.
    Surround dip with shredded lettuce or parsley sprigs. Chill before serving with crackers.
