Chocolate Crunchola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    1 c. granola or oatmeal
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Mash peanut butter and butter together in mixing bowl with fork.
    Stir in granola or oatmeal, chocolate chips, raisins and vanilla.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Roll into bite-size balls and coat with shredded coconut.
    Store leftover Crunchola in refrigerator.
