Cream Of Tomato Basil Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh tomato juice (6 to 7 tomatoes)
    1/4 c. leek juice (2 large leeks)
    1/4 c. potato juice (1/2 potato)
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    basil leaves (to garnish)
Preparation
    Heat tomato and leek juices.
    Combine potato juice with milk and add to juice mixture.
    Cook soup, stirring frequently, until thickened.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Garnish with basil leaves.
    Serves 4.
