Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
    1/4 c. butter
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. small mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain.
    In skillet over medium-high heat in hot butter, cook onion and garlic until golden.
    Stir in beef and next 5 ingredients.
    Cook, stirring until meat is browned.
    Stir in soup and heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and heat through.
    Do not boil. Serve over noodles.
