Orange Cooler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 large pkg. orange Jello-O (or your favorite flavor)
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. buttermilk
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Place pineapple (including juice) in large pan.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    While stirring sprinkle on dry Jello-O.
    Remove from heat and let cool.
    Add nuts and buttermilk.
    Stir well.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Pour into lightly sprayed 9 X 13-inch pan.
    Chill several hours.
    Cut into squares. Serve on lettuce leaf.
    Garnish with cherry, pineapple chunk, or orange slice.
