Chestnut Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic sauce
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 (5 to 6 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped fine
1/2 lb. ground round
1/2 lb. ground sausage meat
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.
Add the meat and water chestnuts; mix well.
Form into 1/2-inch balls.
Place in a baking pan in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Can be frozen after they have cooled and stored for future use.
