Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. buttermilk
    4 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    5 tsp. baking soda
    1 (15 oz) box 40% Bran Flakes cereal or Raisin Bran
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar, eggs and buttermilk.
    Add flour, salt, soda and cereal.
    Mix batter thoroughly.
    Gently stir in 1 cup blueberries if plain bran is used.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. (Keeps up to 6 weeks in refrigerator.)
    Store in container with a tight lid.
    When you take out to bake, do not stir.
    Just spoon into greased muffin tins or use paper baking cups.
