Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    4 onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 (16 oz.) cans red kidney beans
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 c. water
    pepper to taste
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. cumin powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Saute together meat, onions, celery and green pepper until meat is no longer pink; drain fat.
    In a large kettle, combine meat mixture with remaining ingredients.
    Bring to boil; lower heat and simmer, covered, for 2 to 3 hours.
