Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. lard or cooking oil (bacon drippings add a nice flavor)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
    Add your lard or oil.
    Slowly add the warm water and mix into a soft dough.
    If the dough is too soft, add more flour.
    Form into small balls and roll out.
    Cook on hot griddle for about a minute on each side.
    Recipe can be doubled.
