Quick Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel sauce, chopped and diced (optional)
    1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped (optional)
    1 (8 oz.) can salsa (optional)
Preparation
    Cut cheese into small blocks.
    In a pan, place cheese and Ro-Tel on a low flame.
    Once cheese has melted, add peppers; cook for 2 minutes.
    Serve with your favorite chips or meat and vegetables.
