Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can white whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can English peas, drained
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    chopped green pepper, celery and onion to taste
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Drain the canned vegetables.
    Add the green pepper, celery and onion to taste.
    Mix the sugar, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and water; bring to a boil.
    Cool and pour over vegetables.
    Chill and serve.
