Stir-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. chicken strips
1 Tbsp. oil
4 c. cut-up vegetables (broccoli, green onion, celery, carrots, mushrooms, yellow squash, green peas, etc.)
1 clove minced garlic
1 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

In skillet or wok, in 2 tablespoons oil, stir-fry chicken strips until opaque.
Remove and set aside.
