Crab Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
    2 (10 oz.) cans cream of shrimp soup
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. basil
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 lb. crab
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions, adding olive oil to boiling water.
    Rinse and drain.
    Combine shrimp soup, crab, cottage cheese, cream cheese (softened), onion, egg, salt and basil.
    Layer 1/2 of the noodles in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Spread with 1/2 the crab mixture; sprinkle with 1/2 of the grated cheese.
    Top with remaining noodles, crab and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6 to 8.
