Deviled Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton low-fat yogurt
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. Pickapepper sauce
    2 tsp. green pepper flakes
    1 1/2 tsp. dry onion flakes
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
    Stir well.
    Cover and chill.
    Serve with raw vegetables.
    Yields 1 cup.
    Contains only 11 calories.
