Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of chicken soup
12 chicken breasts, boiled and boned
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. sherry
salt and pepper
35 to 40 Ritz crackers, crumbled
2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

In a 2-quart large baking dish, layer coarsely chopped chicken. Mix soup and sour cream and sherry to season to taste.
Pour over chicken.
Top with cracker crumbs and poppy seeds.
Pour melted butter over crumbs.
Bake for 30 minutes at 450\u00b0.
