Mushroom Muenster Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    2 eggs
    seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    6 oz. sliced Muenster cheese
Preparation
    Cut boneless chicken into bite-sized pieces.
    Pour two beaten eggs over chicken.
    Let sit overnight in refrigerator or at least 3 to 4 hours.
    Dip chicken in seasoned bread crumbs and brown in a pan.
    Place chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Add sliced mushrooms and top with cheese.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
