Illinois Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can creamed corn
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 small grated onion
    1 small grated green pepper (optional)
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
