Lemon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk, heated
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 lemon
Preparation
    Juice and grate rind of 1 lemon.
    Separate eggs.
    Beat yolks until thick and lemon colored.
    Add butter to warm milk, then pour heated milk over beaten yolks slowly, mixing thoroughly.
    Add sugar, flour and salt, which have been mixed together, and stir in rind and juice of lemon.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold lightly into mixture.
    Pour into buttered custard cups, 2/3 full and bake in pan of hot water 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
