Alice'S Lemon Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 cube butter, melted
1 lemon (grate rind and squeeze juice)
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Combine melted butter and sugar in top of double boiler.
Add juice and grated rind.
Beat in eggs and cook over hot but not boiling water until thick.
Stir constantly.
Chill in jelly jar or similar container.
Keep refrigerated.
Spread on toast, English muffins, etc.
