Apricot Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot sugar-free Jell-O
    1 small can (15 oz.) crushed pineapple (no sugar added)
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1 small container lite Cool Whip
Preparation
    Boil Jell-O, pineapple and water gently for 10 minutes.
    Add yogurt and cool.
    Add celery and carrots.
    Fold in Cool Whip. Chill for 6 hours.
    Yields 6 servings.
