Cheese Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
3/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. cracker crumbs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Reserve 1/4 cup of the margarine and all the crumbs.
Mix all other ingredients together.
Pour into a 13 x 9-inch casserole. Combine the margarine and crumbs; spread over potatoes.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
