Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. soft margarine
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix thoroughly the flour, butter and confectioners sugar.
    Press in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, building up a 1/2-inch ledge.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
    Beat the remaining ingredients about 3 minutes, until light and fluffy. Pour over hot crust.
    Bake about 25 minutes longer, or just until no imprint remains when touched lightly in center.
    Cool; cut into squares.
