Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick oleo, melted
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 eggs
2 sticks oleo (softened)
1 tsp. vanilla
16 oz. can crushed pineapple
4 bananas
1 (13 1/2 oz.) Cool Whip
walnuts
cherries
Preparation

Combine cracker crumbs and 1 stick oleo.
Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
In large mixing bowl place confectioners sugar, 2 eggs, 2 sticks oleo and vanilla.
Beat 20 minutes with electric beater (do not underbeat).
Spread thin over crumbs.
Spread 2 cups well-drained pineapple over this.
Cut in thirds lengthwise 4 or more bananas.
Layer close together over pineapple.
Spread Cool Whip over pineapple.
Top with chopped walnuts and cherries. Chill and serve.
