"Galopeta" - Custard Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. milk
    1 c. cake flour
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    7 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine milk and sugar over a low flame.
    Add the sifted cake flour gradually and stirring constantly.
    Add the butter and continue stirring until thickened.
    Have the eggs well beaten.
