Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    1/3 c. soft butter
    1/4 c. white Karo syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. peppermint flavoring
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix with hands.
    Will be stiff.
    Pinch off small amount and roll in hands. Press in mold.
    Can make 3 or 4 days before using. Also can freeze.
    Yields 100 mints.
