Lime Sherbet Molded Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (3 oz. each) lime gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    2 pt. lime sherbet, softened
    1 carton (8 oz.) whipped topping
Preparation
    In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Stir in sherbet until well blended.
    Cool until syrupy. Spoon whipped topping into a large mixing bowl.
    Gradually beat in the gelatin mixture on low speed until well blended.
    Pour into 12 c. mold coated with nonstick spray.
