Elderberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. elderberries
    1 c. sugar
    3 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Pour washed elderberries into unbaked
    pie
    crust.
    Mix other ingredients and pour over the
    berries.
    Cover
    with top crust. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10
    minutes,
    then reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer.
