Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 slices white bread
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1/2 stick butter
6 eggs
2 c. milk
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan and line with bread slices (crusts cut off).
In blender, combine eggs and milk.
Pour over bread.
Sprinkle on cheese.
Melt butter and drizzle over top. Add crumbled bacon, sausage or ham (if desired).
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
