Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Heat waffle iron to medium heat. Drop eggs into bowl. Add milk and mix until blended. Put butter in a small saucepan and melt over low heat.
    Be careful not to let butter burn. Stir butter into the egg mixture.
    Presift the flour, then sift measured flour with baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Stir into egg mixture.
    Pour a little butter on waffle iron.
    Pour batter onto iron and cook. Serves 6 waffles.
