Beef And Green Pepper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 oz. beef
    2 tsp. sugar
    green pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. Sake or dry sherry
    little Accent
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    18 oz. bamboo sprouts
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut beef in long strips and sprinkle with soy sauce.
    Leave them 7 to 8 minutes; add cornstarch.
    Cook beef in oil, a small quantity at a time.
    Put aside.
    Cook green pepper first in oil and bamboo sprouts next.
    Add salt.
    When green pepper becomes tender, add Sake, soy sauce, sugar and Accent, then return the meat to the pan.
