Eggs Fantastic - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, diced
6 eggs
3 Tbsp. sour cream
6 Tbsp. picante sauce
8 oz. grated Cheddar
8 oz. grated Mozzarella
8 oz. grated Velveeta

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Saute sausage, onion and mushrooms until cooked; drain.
Combine eggs and sour cream in blender or processor and whip for 1 minute.
