Cheesy Quesadillas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 flour tortillas (6 to 8-inch size)
5 jalapeno peppers
3 c. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. black olives, minced
1 c. guacamole
Preparation

Place tortillas on baking sheet and cover with cheese. Sprinkle olives on top and top off with finely diced jalapeno peppers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
Place upon serving plates and top off with sour cream and guacamole.
Add salsa to taste.
Serves 8 to 10.
