Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breast halves
    4 thin slices boiled ham
    4 thin slices Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter
    3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Pound each chicken breast with a mallet until flat.
    Wrap chicken breast around ham and cheese and secure with a toothpick. Combine bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
    Roll chicken in butter, then in bread crumbs.
    Place in buttered baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 4.
