Refrigerator Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cabbage head, chopped fine
    1/2 c. green onions or dried
    1/2 c. green peppers
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Mix chopped cabbage, onions and peppers.
    Add sugar and salt. Let set 1 hour.
    Drain off liquid.
    Add the oil, vinegar and celery seed.
    Mix well.
    Put in refrigerator bowl and cover or in a jar.
    Refrigerate; keeps as long as there is any remaining.
