Veggie Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. unsalted margarine
    5 green onions, chopped
    1 medium stalk celery, chopped
    1 small tomato, chopped
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. soft white bread cubes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Clean mushrooms and save stems.
    In heavy skillet, melt margarine, add green onions, celery and minced stems.
    Cook about 5 minutes, stirring, uncovered.
    Add tomato and pepper.
    Cook 5 more minutes.
    Stir in the bread crumbs.
    Spoon mixture into caps and arrange in pan.
    Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
