Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise (Miracle Whip)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. diced chicken, cooked
2 c. celery, cut up
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1 small jar red pimentos
1 tin water chestnuts
onion, if desired
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Add all ingredients, stir to mix and put in casserole dish.
Top with grated sharp cheese and crushed potato chips.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
