Helen'S Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    3/4 c. melted margarine or vegetable oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Place yeast in warm water.
    Melt margarine, then cream in sugar.
    Add egg to sugar and oleo.
    Add yeast and water.
    Add flour and stir.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Stir down dough.
    Spoon into greased muffin tins.
    When they rise again and are ready, bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen.
