Seven Minute Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. water
2 tsp. light syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine the egg whites, sugar, salt, water and corn syrup in the top of double boiler.
Place over boiling water and continue beating 7 minutes or until frosting thickens and holds its shape. Remove the pan from boiling water and continue beating until thick. Frosts 24 cupcakes or 2 large 9-inch cakes.
