Chicken Riganato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken fryer
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    juice of 2 lemons
    oregano
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Cut up chicken in
    serving
    pieces.
    Rub
    chicken
    with lemon juice, then add all
    other spices, olive oil and butter. Place in pan with 1 cup
    of\twater.\tBake
    in
    450\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
    Lower heat to 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
